Dr. Gresla did a root canal for me 5 months ago. He was extremely brusque. Was about to start working on my tooth without even explaining the procedure to me. I had to stop him and ask him to explain which he did in the briefest manner possible. He then proceeded to do the work, chatting with his assistant the entire time, not once telling me how it was going, how much longer it would be, etc. It is somewhat nerve wracking to have a root canall (it was my first) and it would be nice to have someone with a good bedside manner... read more
Dr. Tim Gresla is by far, the best endodontist in the area. He is extremely pleasant and makes a procedure like a root canal, a dream! It was nothing like everyone told me it was going to be. I had a great experience and would reccomend him to everyone!
I have had four root canal procedures done in my life, the last two by Dr. Gresla. Oral surgery is not in general a pleasant experience, but from the last two, I would say that the procedure does not involve much more discomfort than an involved cavity excavation/filling. It takes a bit longer, perhaps. Dr. Gresla has done a good job of explaining what he finds as he goes along, what he does, and what I could expect afterward.
