The staff was friendly. The doc was nice.
I agree that you could not get ahold of anyone at that clinic for over a year or two, until recently. They have added new staff and the response time is now fabulous. You can get an appointment relatively quickly now too compared to other doctors in the area. I preciously saw Dr. Bart Sangal, and it was a nightmare if you had to reschedule, and the staff was rude. Please give Dr. Macon another try, or his associate, Dr. Veronica Sessi, however she does have limited hours.
Left a message for dr Macon to call me back several days ago. Still has not responded yet. Not very professional!! Also couldn’t explain how the bipap machine and mask work & how to take it apart for cleaning. Had to get his staff come in.
Dr Macon is MIA. I have been trying to reach him for 2 months. No "after-hour" provision. No return calls from Office Voice messages left. Found doors locked during their office hours when we decided to just show up to see the staff ... Finally got a "video-visit" arranged -- he stood me up! Very unprofessional. I hope he is OK, but if you really need the help of a Pulmonologist -- and I really do! -- This is not the place to go at this time (1Q2023).
