I have been on hold for over 10 minutes. The phone system has rang back to them at least 5 times, literally. Currently, I am STILL on hold, and it doesn't look like they will be picking the line up soon. This is unacceptable, and unprofessional. I work for a center that uses a similar phone system. If it rings back, it means that person has been on hold too long, and it is reminding them of that. In the time frame that I have been typing this it has rang back twice more.
