Imagine scheduling an appointment for your child several weeks ago to be called about a week before the appointment have it rescheduled another 3 weeks out! To be called at 4PM the day before an 11AM appointment and be told that your child can’t be seen unless you pay $900 out of pocket for something that you didn’t even schedule the appointment for!
