Spent 4 days trying to get treatment for an infected tooth. The office was able to get me in the next day, and then schedule the extraction for the next day. I was able to prepay for the services without any surprises. All of the staff that I interacted with were wonderful. Dr. Kelling was understanding of how life and finances play a role in these decisions, and really walked through everything with me. My son had to have some baby teeth taken out for ortho… Dr.Kelling and his staff were AMAZING very sweet and caring… Thank you Dr. Kelling, Kathy, Amy, Jackie for making the experience go smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Kelling and his team.. GREAT JOB TEAM!!!
Overall the care we have received in the office is great. The problem is with the billing and being told one thing, but then they do something else. When you call to speak to someone regarding billing, they refuse to let you speak to a billing person.
