I cannot recommend Dr. Tim Kalla highly enough. After struggling with persistent foot pain, I sought his expertise, and it was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Kalla is clearly an expert in his field; he was able to accurately identify the root cause of my issues quickly and provided a clear, actionable plan to manage it. He takes the time to explain the 'why' behind the pain, which gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients’ recovery.
Never got in to see the doctor as I have a policy of not waiting 30 minutes past the agreed upon appointment time. When I got up from my seat in the waiting room to explain my frustration to the receptionist the doctor came out from the room he was working in to confront me and stated he works very hard. That was not what was being debated but his accountability was.
