Not sure about the Dr. since I was refused treatment on a walk in basis on a referral from the ER. The receptionist was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Funny tho, a walk-in came in after me and was going to be seen. He was Asian.
Dr. Jung is an awesome ENT. He genuinely cares about patients. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Personally, he rebuilt my left ear after a horrific infection destroyed it. I was referred to him by another ENT who stated that if he needed surgery, he'd have Dr. Jung do it.
Writing this for my husband who has essential tremor… went to Dr Jung for a severe sinus infection… after meds prescribed were not successful… he went back for a follow up… to his surprise he was given a hearing test, and pushed to get a ocular implant… even the dr giving him the test was completely baffled by this… needless to say he won’t be returning to Dr Jung’s practice…
This place is super unprofessional I have been calling them for week but no one answers and last time spoke to the receptionist was so rude also
