I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist hung up on me. Be warned - you cannot make an appointment until you drive to Preston to pick up and fill out a new patient packet. I asked if she could email it and I could send it back the same day, could I make an appointment? She got really nasty quickly and hung up on me.
