Dr. Potter perforated me during an ERCP in 2015. While I forgive that as a known complication of ERCP, it was the attitude and care afterward that I found to be most disturbing. It took me being transferred to Mayo Clinic and over a year later to recover from this complication. It cost me dearly in terms of pain and suffering as well as financially.
