Dissatisfied. Frustrated. They are making me call every month to get refills of my prescriptions! I have requested twice for them to call in multiple refills of my meds so that I don't have to call once or twice every month to get refills. My request is being ignored! No explanation for why they are ignoring my request! Very very frustrated! I love Dr Lilly, he saved my husbands life. Finding things out, little things lead up to a heart issues. Last Doctor we had for 22 plus years never seen any signs or took the time to listen to small things that got Dr. Lilly's attention and then ran test. Also we have only been seeing him for a short while . He is a TRUE DOCTOR!! One that listen and truly cares for all that he treats. One Amazing man and he also does God's work . I waited for over a year to get into this office and I've been going there now for roughly 4 years. This is hands down the best Doctor's office I've ever been to and that's because of Dr Lilly and Dr McCall. They take the time to cover everything and it would seem they even genuinely care about their patients. At no point have they ever given me the impression they are in a hurry with me. Dr Lilly has been my primary care doctor for 15 years and I have no complaints. He listens he cares and is very thorough. Staff is great and Grace PA is great too! I have seen her for years as well. When I’m there I feel that they truly care about me.
Dr. Lilly is fantastic. He’s thorough, he genuinely cares, and he truly wants to help his patients. Every visit, I feel listened to and well taken care of. His practitioner assistant, Grace, is also wonderful. Together, they make an amazing team. The office staff are friendly, helpful, and always answer my questions clearly. They do have a policy where you need to show up 30 minutes early, but I’ve never had an issue with it — if you plan ahead, it’s no problem at all.
