Dr Lilly has been my primary care doctor for 15 years and I have no complaints. He listens he cares and is very thorough. Staff is great and Grace PA is great too! I have seen her for years as well. When I’m there I feel that they truly care about me.
Dr. Lilly is fantastic. He’s thorough, he genuinely cares, and he truly wants to help his patients. Every visit, I feel listened to and well taken care of. His practitioner assistant, Grace, is also wonderful. Together, they make an amazing team. The office staff are friendly, helpful, and always answer my questions clearly. They do have a policy where you need to show up 30 minutes early, but I’ve never had an issue with it — if you plan ahead, it’s no problem at all. Both Dr. Lilly and his PA Grace are very caring and thorough. Anytime that I’ve had concerns or questions they’ve been great at providing me information. I’m also very natural in wellness approaches and feel that I’ve been given real solutions not just medical bandaids.
Telling patients to "pray" about their illnesses instead of actually doing your job and helping, should be more than enough to go anywhere else but here!
