I highly recommend Dr. Timothy Heffron and his staff at Carolina ENT, especially big shout out to Renee for getting me on the schedule last minute accommodating my complex work schedule. Dr. Heffron was extremely gentle on my left ear that was blocked and explained step by step to me through the process. I was extremely anxious and nervous based on past experiences. I was able to hear out of my left ear again in minutes …Thank you Dr. Heffron!
Dr Heffon is competent , listens well and is someone I trust for this portion of my healthcare. Definitely my new ENT Doc
Dr Heffron is the best ENT I’ve ever worked with and I’ve dealt with a lot them unfortunately. His staff is super nice and he is extremely good at what he does. He’s my most trusted Dr. His bedside manner is something that any Dr should take lessons from. I’ve had two successful surgeries with him as well. If you need an ENT you can trust, he’s your guy.
