Dr. Sam explains in in easy to understand terms what is the issue and what is the solution
The communications & call back is improving but it wasn't good for awhile - No call backs.
Dr. Anyatonwu is excellent
I've been going to Dr. Epstein for years & years (decades). I have the utmost confidence & respect for him.
Dr VJ is very nice and had reviewed all of my blood work prior to me arriving, so he was very prepared for me and any questions I had.
My questions were answered and I felt like I was listened to.
Poor bedside manner. Dismissive and not reassuring to me. Sarcastic toward my 7 year old. Made him uncomfortable (and me too). Does not belong in pediatrics. I will refuse him in the future & request alternative providers.
I SO APRECIATE Dr Keating's care.
