Had a visit with my wife to the office as we had both been sick since Christmas. We were very pleased to be seen by Dr. Mark H. He was so polite, efficient and easy to talk to about all our concerns.
The support staff have no empathy or sense of urgency. They have dropped the ball more times than not. Don’t expect them to lift a finger let alone make a phone call if you need something.
