Would give zero stars if I could. They informed their office on Toughy was closing and they had a new location in Elk Grove. I made an appointment at the new location (30 minutes out of my way) They then rescheduled my appointment time twice because Dr. Hughes was going to be in the operating room. I show up to the new time / appointment and they inform me last second that Dr. Hughes was still in the operating room and that I had 3 clients ahead of me, so it would be an hour+ wait.
