I have had an excellent clinical experience with Dr. Mahoney, and also appreciate the office staff (that works very hard). Dr. Mahoney is knowledgeable and communicative. As is his lead nurse. His office is well run, appointments go as scheduled and the follow-up is generally good. Feedback The only issue I have had is billing-related. The company that handles the billing does not properly apply cash (they apply payments to the most recent invoice first, irrespective of which invoice the payment relates to). dr Mahoney as well as the rest of the staff office are absolutely stellar! I’ve been going there since 2017, and I would never go anywhere else. I would scratch and claw to get to Morristown medical Center for their care. I’ve been through a lot with my ticker, and I can guarantee you that they will do everything they can to help you.

I have been considering an ablation for my heart palpitations. I made an appointment to see Dr Mahoney on 9/26. Shortly before this appointment, the office called to reschedule to 10/4. Then it got pushed back to 10/10 at 8 am. There were zero apologies from the staff for either occurrence, only that he wouldn’t be available. Then2 days before my appointment, it was pushed back 12:45 pm, again with no apologies. Then they cancelled my appointment day-of because they never received my records.
