He's usually awesome but there are times he's gotten insulting and verbally abusive. He neglected to issue a refill for a necessary medication to which he blamed the pharmacy but I found it actually was his fault. He has treated me and as I hear others also with disrespect so he has been replaced by me short of calling the AMA.
Dr Cooper made time for me, validated my concerns and was extremely thorough. I didn't feel rushed at all. His knowledge and comfort in his field put me at ease. He was personable and had me laughing by the time we were done. If you end up having an appointment with this guy, rest assured he'll take good care of you!
An absolutely amazing doctor! I couldn’t describe him any better. He listens and educates you as well. He explains things thoroughly and always answers every question that I may have. Just amazing!
