I visited his office about 3 months ago to see if I needed new batteries, because we were moving out of that area. He said they were low & said he would send his findings to Medicare. He instructed me to leave my new address at the front desk. I have called 5 or 6 time's since then. Last week I called & was told he was on vacation. Dr Skinner does his job very well. He is well known in the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. He work's along side with Dr Gross. And does hearing test all day long. He is very polite & well mannered. I would send any one to his office.
Dr . Skinner is an amazing doctor ... great bed side manner and he care's about each and every patient he treats .
