Tim is very through and pays attention to his patients. He asks the right questions so as to get to the root of the problem. I’ve never had the need for a hearing specialist before but am very satisfied with all my appointments present and in the past.
Professional, comfortable environment and courteous. Enjoyed the visit.
I visited his office about 3 months ago to see if I needed new batteries, because we were moving out of that area. He said they were low & said he would send his findings to Medicare. He instructed me to leave my new address at the front desk. I have called 5 or 6 time's since then. Last week I called & was told he was on vacation. I called this morning and was told he was with a patient. I explained my situation & asked her to please ask him to call me. That was about10:30 & he has not called.
