Dr. Brown and his staff are personable and professional. I didn't have to wait any longer than 10 minutes on either appointment. Dr. Brown is thorough explaining the issue , solutions and probable outcome of surgery or no surgery. He respects the decisions of his patients and doesn't use scare tactics to pressure someone into surgery.
Dr. Brown was patient and took time to carefully explain options for treatment. He listened to my fears/concerns and helped me feel comfortable. His 'bedside' manner was just what I needed. I did not feel rushed at all and had plenty of time to ask questions. Thank you, Dr. Brown, for your expertise and caring demeanor.
The people are great and fast and the doctor was great and informative to me of what my opinions were before I made my decision on what to do
