Dr. Love treated me in the ER for the worst GI virus/gastritis that he said he had ever seen. I was admitted because he would not let me go home after seeing my blood work. Talked me into staying and he kept a close eye on me until they took me to my room. Compassionate and knowledgeable care. It is not right to criticize a healthcare provider because of a billing issue or other problems over which the physician has no control. Dr. Love was there when I needed him most.

The billing department is very unprofessional. Be prepared for the runaround when trying to pay a bill. After 9 attempts I will wait for them to contact me. I hope the doctors know they are not collecting what is owed to them. Just sad!
