I have seen Dr Kovoor here in Katy for over a year. I used to see Dr Chang but he left. I feel this office has gone downhill. The wait is super long, always at least one hr long. Dr Kovoor is great, very caring. Staff is another story. I went to my regular optometrist over a week ago. I have several scratches on my right eye and part of the top layer is lifted. I cannot stand the pain and burning. I explained this today to the office staff. They said they cannot fit me in until middle of May! I told lady this cannot wait. Sh... read more
The front office staff at the facility provided excellent customer service. Dr. Kovoor was OUTSTANDING! I would recommend him to anyone. He was exceptional and while he didn't take long, he didn't rush me either. He answered any and all questions that I had. He was very encouraging. I have gone for a follow-up and will continue seeing him.
Doctor was good but he made me wait in his office for 2 hours. When I complained his assistant showed me attitude by hurrying up with me. He spent 15 mins at the most with me…. And he had a long line of patients sitting for hours in the lounge. We can’t waste our life waiting for you while you make money off us.
