Dr Rutherford successfully removed a sunspot from my face. I asked if he could check my skin while I was there but he said he wouldn’t and the GP should do that. I also saw him for another issue which he dealt with in a condescending and dismissive manner and too quickly. He didn’t allow a full explanation from me about my concerns, he didn’t welcome questions or provide sufficient explanation about his suggested treatments. DO NOT TAKE YOUR INFANTS OR CHILDRE HERE!! Went in for a follow appointment with Dr. Tim Rutherford follow our 2 year old who has eczema. Baby was a bit unsettled but it was no excuse for the doctor to not even check at her skin or rashes properly- rather withn 2 minutes saying that we are to continue moisturisering and applying Advantin. We also told him about some skin marks that recently came on our child and he just mentioned it is probably due to the eczema- again not even looking at those skin marks. I had a great experience with Dr. Tim. He successfully cleared my acne which was bothering me for years. Throughout the process, he was incredibly professional and attentive. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and provided clear, helpful advice. I felt truly cared for during my visits, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend!
