I have seen Doctor Rutherford twice now and all I can say is that he is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I went to him after a referral from my GP and Dr Rutherford cleared the issue up for me in only 2 visits. I would highly recommend him as a Dermatologist.

I had the misfortune to have a - what was supposed to be a small -skin surgery on my face done by Rutherford and I regret and cry over the day I made that decision. The damage done is hard to describe or comprehend The stitching in particular was worse than you would expect from a first year medical student or maybe even that is a generous statement. Dr Rutherford successfully removed a sunspot from my face. I asked if he could check my skin while I was there but he said he wouldn’t and the GP should do that. I also saw him for another issue which he dealt with in a condescending and dismissive manner and too quickly. He didn’t allow a full explanation from me about my concerns, he didn’t welcome questions or provide sufficient explanation about his suggested treatments.
