Worst office ever. I made an appointment for my dad a week ahead of time. The referral clearly states his condition in one word. The day before his appointment, both my mom and I called to confirm. I took the day off to take my dad only to go into the office and be told Dr. Lai no longer sees patients with his condition. Something that could have been told to us since the beginning or ANY TIME that we had called them. The office staff has the audacity to say the did call...10 MINUTES before the appointment.

This doctor told me the internal tremors I’ve been dealing with are 100% NOT Parkinson’s. He said it could be possibly be related to an incorrect dosage of my levothyroxine, which is thyroid medication. Although this is not his area. Well, it turns out, he was correct! I’ve been to several drs & no one knew the cause. But this Dr did. And I am forever grateful to this man. He helped me more than he knows. Thank you Dr. Lai.
