Dr Kim was absolutely amazing! She took the time and listened to everything I had to say. She made me feel like a person and that I mattered. If you are trying to find an amazing doctor, you have! Can’t say enough! I feel so much better after seeing her and she got me on exactly what I needed to feel great again! Thank you so much Dr. Kim!
Over a month to get. Records and come in no records. Didn't listen to my wife waste of time. Hope next time your guys do better
I liked Dr Kim but there was a lot of confusion scheduling. The office rescheduled my surgery 3 times due to mistakes on their part. I had three in office visits with Dr Kim where I had to wait anywhere from 3 hours to one hour. Having a special needs child I didn’t have that amount of time to wait. Her scheduling team needs work. Prepare for long waits.
I had the laser treatment with Melody. It was a great experience - very professional, very clean and knowledgeable-everyone was so patient with my rare reaction to the treatments. Melody helped me stick with it and I was able to finish the round of treatments and the outcome was fantastic :) I would highly recommend !
