I saw Dr. Melody Walk, I just such a great experience. She has such genuine care and kindness. I felt so comfortable through everything! I honestly think of her as more than my doctor but my friend as well.
She has provided me with knowledge, professionalism, dignity, kindness and compassion. I cannot express how grateful I am for her! Thank you Dr. Kim for all that you do!
Dr. Kim is a very smart and good doctor and I would rate this much higher. However, due to practice/time management I am giving it a 2. I waited over an hour to be seen. My daughter also is a patient there and waited and hour and 30 minutes to be seen. You wait a long time to get in with her to begin with and then you have taken time off work etc and made the drive to see her.
