Dr. Shan did such a great job on my vasectomy that I almost wish I could get it done twice. Unfortunately, thanks to Dr. Shan, I can’t. 10/10. One and done.
Dr. Shan is busy for a reason - she is the only one around here offering no scalpel no needle vasectomy in office - a specialty. If you need this service, I highly recommend. Virtually painless and short recovery, and a light hearted environment in a clean inviting office!
Yesterday was one of the days I was very unhappy with the receptionist. Attitude right away due to us unfortunately being late. We were 8 mins late and was denied being checked up. This was for my almost 4 month old baby. All because dr shan needed her lunch break. We felt very disrespected and not a priority. The Attitude was very unprofessional and shouldn't of even been given. Being late is not the greatest I get that but life happens and 8 mins isn't huge.
