Dr Dao is a good Dr. his staff is a big problem. I get a call 2 days before my appointment to get my medication refilled. Thankfully he nows this and refilled my scripts. He is a great Dr who cares and is a very nice man. He need a couple different staff members though. Rebecca does well but the new front desk lady is rude and disrespectful.
Dr Dao is a good Dr. his staff is a big problem. I get a call 2 days before my appointment to get my medication refilled they canceled my appointment! I am on pain medication that has strong withdrawal systems I will have seizures and probably be have to be hospitalized because of this. They should have let me know this weeks before or my last appointment. They didn't They call and say we canceled your appointment get a referral which take time. This is very unprofessional!
