I was disappointed with my recent experience with Dr Rachael. The doctor was aware that the treatment I required could not be provided by her, yet I was still given an oral examination, which resulted in a charge. I would have appreciated more transparency upfront regarding what could and could not be done, so that I could make an informed decision before proceeding. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to support clearer communication and a more positive experience for future patients. Please do better!
One of the best experiences ive had at a dentist, great service from staff on front desk to the team out back . Doctor explains everything in full giving options . This business excels in patient care . Pain free injections , and a chair with a view .
