I’m beyond disappointed with Dr. Do at Adventist Health Hanford. From the moment we met him, he acted like he was forced to be there — completely cold, dismissive, and uninterested in his patient’s care. He has zero bedside manner, cuts you off when you ask questions, and shows no effort to communicate with the nursing staff or family. I went to this doctor with Kidney Stones in both kidneys, I took a CT scan CD with me. He told me he didn't need to see it, he had the report. He proceeded to tell me that yes I do have kidney stones in both kidneys but that he wasn't going to do anything for them because they were not blocking anything. Meanwhile my back pain is excruciating and I keep getting UTI'S, there is blood in my urine etc. He won't do anything, I asked him can you blast them ? By far the worst doctor my mom has ever had. I blame her kidney health outcome on him! This man does not care about his patients or really what happens to them. My mom for over year did not get proper care from him and her kidneys ended up failing. He misdiagnosed her and can be rude. And god help us if his patients need biopsies or any further testing. I had to take my mom to ER to get her biopsies because he kept messing up on her blood test orders and he flat out said “they don’t need that”.. umm, yes they do. I would nev... read more
This doctor is absolutely ignorant and lacks all empathy. A family member of mine went in for a checkup as they have kidney disease and is also on a renal diet and Dr. Do told my family member that they did not need to be on a renal diet anymore. He also proceeded to say “you’re not on dialysis yet, but you’re going to get there, but you can eat whatever you want.” How incredibly ignorant and insensitive can you be to tell my family member or yet alone ANYONE this?
