I have dealing with Dr Zhou for 3 years, always professional and thorough, staff are fantastic. would highly recommend.
We are very fortunate to have Dr. Zhou in Port Colborne. He was a lucky find some years ago when our former dentist, Dr. Hesler, was winding down his practice. It was a huge relief for us when we realized Tom and his wife Tiffany were also very competent and caring individuals. Extremely rude receptionist… upon calling and asking if they’re excepting new patients that myself and my daughter would like to book an appointment… she said well you know there’s a process to this… I replied and said well ya that’s why I'm calling. She responded with well there’s paper work to fill out and things to sign.. Again I responded, well yes I would hope so. She said do you have insurance or how are you paying.. I was a patient of Dr. Zhou 's when he had his practice in Welland at the SeaWay Mall. He made a crown for me. It has lasted at least 15 years. Excellent quality. I never knew where he had moved until now.
