Had an appt as a referral from my Dr , took a month to see this dr meanwhile I have a bacterial ear infection that no antibiotic will respond to so I show up I had forgotten my ins card and my cell phone I came straight from work but I gave the receptionist my info and ins company I get I should of been prepared but this receptionist was rude she would not offer me a phone to get my ins info or call my dr or ins company to get ins info not sure if this dr is in the parkveiw system but if they are ,all that would of been ther... read more
