Dr. Vasdekas saved my life, I had Bi - Lateral Breast Cancer. He is a wonderful doctor, great beside manor, good sense of humor, passionate about the care he gives his patients, and a Pitbull to anyone that doesn't care for you the same way. Very knowledgeable, gives you options, and his opinion, and then lets you decide. I would trust him again and again! I'm Cancer FREE!
Dr. Vasdekas really listens to you and has great dialogue and discussion regarding your treatment options. He is very thorough and answers all your questions. I never feel rushed at my appointments and his staff is very friendly and helpful. His hospital staff is also extremely efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Vasdekas!
Dr. Vasdekas is a horrible surgeon! Stay away from him. Wife had surgery done on her breast by him and went horrible. She had the same surgery done 13 years ago by another Doctor but he retired. She went to Silver Cross ER for some medical issues. After receiving treatment She was referred to him by other physicians at Silver Cross, so we never thought anything of it.
