These people are the most unprofessional healthcare workers I’ve seen in my life. The receptionist and medical assistant are both hateful and negligent. It’s a constant battle for my mother to get her thyroid medication. They say they sent it to the pharmacy but they don’t. The pharmacy tries to call them and so does my mother. They made her go a week without it and had a seizure because of it.
My brother was on the phone with this receptionist and she was the rudest girl I've ever heard. How does she still have a job if everyone is complaining her about her? Over the years, all he wanted to do was pick up his prescription and go get it filled like he's been doing for years and she told him that he needs an appointment. She was very, very rude.
