My sister and I both had thyroid cancer and have been seeing Dr. McCaffrey for the past twenty years. He did both of our surgeries and all of our followup tests and procedures. Dr. McCaffrey is a fantastic, brilliant, caring surgeon and human being. We both feel very fortunate to have had his excellent care. Thank you for everything you have done for us and our family, Dr. McCaffrey. We will be grateful always.
Dr. Mccaffrey was the first ENT to just outright say he's confident that my issue is muscular. He's also the first ENT to recommend cutting back on things that could cause muscle tension rather than taking medicines that supposedly relieve muscle tension. Like other ENTs he did give the body language of wanting to exit the exam room once we got past about 10 minutes or so but that's not terribly unusual. He is my husband's doctor and I am so grateful to him, for me he is a very good doctor and each surgery has been another success
Doctor was Very rude, disconnected, dismissive and couldn't wait to get out of the room. Offered no options, help or relief. Asked for a referral for another type of Doctor to help me he said there is no one. Not a logical answer since that is what USF is supposed to do. Complained to the front desk ladies to voice our dismay, they were more interested and caring then the Dr. They said someone would call us and someone names Angela did but she had the same attitude as the Dr and told us there was nothing she could do, not ev... read more
