Patient who was 82 years old came in following a fall and had a head laceration with possible head injury. Dr C advised he go to the hospital but never offered to call an ambulance or his family. Dr C walked patient out the front door and watched him drove away. Very unsafe urgent care practice and clearly did not have the patients or others best interest in mind.
