I have been TRYING for THREE DAYS to make an appointment as I am very sick. The Indian who speaks broken English can't seem to understand my insurance needs to be verified over the phone. Told me three days straight that my issue would be resolved. IT"S NOT!!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! Could someone who speaks ENGLISH, PLEASE address this soon????? Unfortunately this is the only office in my network otherwise I would go someplace else.

Exceptional ENT Care by Dr. Thomas Thomason I had a fantastic second office visit experience with Dr. Thomason today. On the first visit he learned what my problems were and requested a CT Scan. On the visit today, he went over the results and what he thought my issue was, which has nothing to do with the prior surgery from 5-years ago. He recommended I do a few things from home and to see him in 3-months as he feels a lot of my issues are allergies.
