The doctor is great. His orthotics are worth every penny!
The doctor is great. The front desk staff not so much. I was told to come by and pick up my foot orthotics. When I got there after the two ladies at the front desk finished their social conversation, they decided to turn to me. I told them I was on a work break and I needed to pick up my orthotics in the front desk. Lady insisted I did not pay for them even though I had. Foot surgery is never fun, but I was taken excellent care of, had zero complications and am back to my physical goals on the timeline Dr. Pignetti promised! Thank you for caring!!!
Dr. Pignetti is awesome! I had an ingrown toenail and a wart that needed to be removed. He took his time to numb the areas before proceeding. He talked me through the procedure and aftercare. Also, his medical assistant, Matt, was so nice! I highly recommend him.
Excellent procedure to correct toe alignment. Everything, from pretreatment diagnosis, surgery, and post op visits, was excellent.
