I have been to Dr Noh before. He is very pleasant and convenient. Here's where I ran into an issue. I made an appointment with HIM for a Saturday. I got up early and was early for my appointment. The office staff was pleasant. But after making plans to be there at a certain time for Dr Noh, I was told I could see the physician's assistant or wait for Dr Noh to get back from the hospital rounds and they weren't sure when that would be.
