I am very happy with the care my dachshund has received from Dr. Tom and his staff. I highly recommend them for all veterinary needs.
Will NEVER bring another pet here. Brought our dog there due to health issues. They didn't solve the issue. They said she needed to be fixed and a few teeth removed. After the surgery there was only 4 teeth left, and the bill went up alot without notification. Never treated the health issue. Felt like all they cared about is getting money, not the pet. Curbside service only, including when pet is dying. They say.. you can say your goodbye in car, then they will euthanize pet and bring back out to you at car since they don't ... read more
Extremely disappointed. As a new client, my initial phone interaction was pleasant—friendly, knowledgeable staff. However, my appointment experience was unacceptable. I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes for a curbside pickup, despite being one of only two vehicles there. I had to call 18 times over 9 minutes to get through, only to wait an additional 25 minutes after being told someone would be "right out."
