I left work for my husband’s appt We arrived early and were told the PA was not in and Dr Stern was booked solid. I was told they had left a voice mail. There was NO voice mail left on my phone. The receptionist was not concerned about the error. Extremely inappropriate behavior for a medical office. All she could offer was another appt not a work in for their error. These people are really in the wrong business! Very rude and I'm like the person who gives all people the benefit of the doubt. The first impression of Thomas Stern. Was he was rude I'm sharing info and he just quickly interrupted me. It wasn't like I was going on and on I just started to tell him how long I've not slept well. Told me I had reflux, I don't because I take Omeprazole I told him I took it because I take 800mg 3xs a day my Ibuprofen. He was like so you don't have reflux? Wow, like that's right.
