Dr. Short made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My questions were addressed which laid my concerns to rest. All who assisted me were amazing! I left the hospital feeling happy and relieved. Thank you Dr. Short & staff. Trillium Hospital is the best!
Dr. Short diagnosed my case very accurately and he was thorough in explaining the procedure during and after. To me it was a geniune relief, and he performed the operation as he described it. The end result was 100% satisfaction, and I am glad we have a knowledgable and experienced person like Dr. Short, who makes a happy difference to people lives.
The worst reception department ever, the employee is very rude, continuously provides me with false information, and constantly refuses to answer the phone. I had booked an appointment last December, however when I tried to postpone it, the receptionist told me that because they did not receive my sent referral I was asked to call again after January 6 to make a new appointment.
