My in-laws are 80 and 91 years old. They arrived approximately 20 minutes early for their scheduled appointment, but were asked to reschedule because they do not speak English and there was no one available at the office to assist with translation. Dr. Shane is a very skilled professional. My husband requires regular eye injections. Ayah, the injection specialist, does an excellent job.
I called and got an emergency appointment the next day. Dr. Shane is very patient. No rush.
