Dr Tom was excellent with me. He was friendly, answered all my questions and discussed my options. He ordered my medications immediately. This was the first time a doctor took his time with me and made me feel at ease
Very impressed with Dr Schneider and his staff. Second visit was even more helpful. Dr. Schneider asks all the right questions and looks for new solutions. Grateful to be his patient.
The receptionist is friendly. When called back by the nurse/ assistant, there is never a hello or greeting just immediately told to weigh. Dr. Schneider is very personable and knowledgeable. Some messages that I send through the portal go unanswered even though I have sent them 3 times and there simple yes/no questions. Consults get dropped as well. I have discussed my concerns with Dr. Schneider. Perhaps he needs a better nurse/assistant....
