Staff is ridiculously slow. I’ve been calling for an entire week to make an appointment, and no one answers!! Either this place is cheap and doesn’t hire enough people to handle the demand and patients' needs, or the staff is just incompetent and unfriendly. Anyway, nothing can compare to Middlesex Hospital Gastroenterology. That place is a disaster, both the administrative and medical staff!
Always late!!!! If your late you get cancelled but if they're late that's your problem.. Early morning appts are hard to get because he double books. The place is constantly late.
Office staff is a mess! Multiple "mistakes" on time and date for appointment. I told them I was coming in to fill out transfer of records and when I arrived the girl was very unprofessional! I've said it before and I'll say it again: unprofessional office staff IS a DIRECT reflection of what you will endure as a patient! Good riddance
Best GI Doc I've ever had, I love his bedside manner as well as his way he carries himself. Great doc
Dr. Jung takes the time to listen and get to know your issues. He is very responsive during appointments and has excellent communication skills.
