Do not go to this doctor. He missed a critical diagnosis that led to my family member being likely permanently blind in one eye. He missed an eye stroke in my family member and was HORRIBLE about contacting for follow up care when my family members vision didn’t return. Do not see this doctor under any circumstances.
Great first meeting with Dr. Riley, serving as triage doctor to a critical eye condition requiring surgery and a specialist. He was forthright, caring, and absolutely clear about the damage, repair, and aftercare. I would have all confidence in his care.
Very knowledgeable and friendly
Dr. Riley, as busy as he was with a full waiting room, was thorough in asking about my symptoms, listened carefully, and most appreciated, explained my condition in sufficient detail. He explored his medical resources in front of me until he found confirmation of my situation, and calmly assured me. Having made my referral to a lid specialist and providing me the necessary prescription and follow-up appointment, he warmly bade me farewell. Dr. Riley (Spokane Eye Clinic) is the best. What's not to like, and to trust?
