I love Dr Scales. He has been the best I’ve ever been to.
The staff constantly changes, except one nurse and the doctor. I've only seen one friendly receptionist who is now gone. I'm glad they offer group, but it's always before people get off work. There is personal therapy now after times that people get off, but it's more expensive. And if you need refills on needed meds like for your heart, high blood pressure, etc it takes weeks of calling and the pharmacy faxing for refill.
Dr. Scales is awesome. He is so caring and understanding. The ladies in the office are great also.
Best Doctor I have had in decades. Dr. Scales spends time, listens, ask questions and is very thorough. Don't waste your time with the mega medical offices who only see you as a number. His staff is also very nice and accommodating. Thanks to everyone in the office for giving me hope again in our medical system. 😎
