One of the worst doctors I've ever seen. She was 30min late-typical for doctors-but not because of patient care, because she was having personal conversations which I could hear through the wall. She did not knock before entering, she did not confirm my name or DOB. She did not ask a single thing about my medical history despite this being my first time seeing her. Dr. Margaret is an excellent professional. I am very thankful for how she treated me so kindly when I had to go through a surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Everything went well. I felt very safe and confident with the doctor.
Very poor experience. Went to her office to get a signature for PT but she would not sign it. I had seen her last November or so. She herself told me I needed another appointment. I told her I needed help and had been suffering. SHE WOULD NOT sign it. Offered me a appt. almost 3 weeks later. She did not care that I was in need of help nor did her receptionist Rhonda. Hippocratic oath to help those in need???? NONE from Ferguson!!!! Receptionist not very kind either!!!DONE. NEVER AGAIN!!!! uncompassionate
She is the greatest. So sorry she is not at our physician’s office anymore but is now in Fishersville - our loss, their gain. Excellent diagnostician. So competent and trustworthy. Relates well with all patients. Wish you well, Susan!

Dr. Ferguson is very knowledgeable and professional. She delivered one of my children almost 13 years ago and I circled back to her for a second opinion in 2016. She has been my gynecologist since. If I have concerns or issues that need her attention, they work me in to be seen. Her receptionist is kind and friendly and her nurse is great. She has a small office but it is very clean and organized. There is a parking lot. It is very easy to communicate with her through her patient portal as well.
Bedside manner was awful. She acted as if it was my fault for my health condidion.. she was rather rude about it too. On top of all that, she wouldn't even call me about my lab results and wouldn't return phone calls. I called multiple times with no response. Had to call a patient advocate to just get medication for my condition and even after that I still have not received a call about my lab work.
Dr. Flather truly cares about her patients. She is not only interested in your OBGYN health but your overall health. She is friendly and has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Hardigree listened well, and he explained what he'd seen on my x-rays. He explained the best course of treatment and answered my questions. His bedside manner was great. Dr Hardigree explained why he didn't recommend surgery and offered an alternative.
