I mentioned I was struggling with some sensitivity and Dr. Jones told me I had 3 cavities that would cost me thousands of dollars (not covered by insurance) to fix. I decided to go see another dentist for another opinion because I've never had dental problems in the past, who told me I just needed a fluoride application for $30. Please go get a second opinion before listening to this dentist.
I am a previous employee, Dr. jones was reported more than once to the state of TN for unnecessary crowns, bridges & extractions. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.
Our family have been patients of Dr. Jones for a very long time and we are so happy to be associated with a staff that have a wonderful morale. Also, Dr. Jones is the most gentle dentist ever! Thank you all!
Dr. Tom Jones has been my Dentist for over 20 years. I have been very pleased with his service, the dental hygienists, and office staff. My young daughter also sees Dr. Jones and is pleased with his service.
I have been going to Dr. Jones for over 20 years. He is the only dentist I would ever go to. I moved to Florida for a year, and would fly back to Nashville to go just to Dr. Jones. Karen is great. She and Dr. Jones were able to work with me from my first visit, were I was a total wreck, and today I am actually happy when I have an appointment. I give the whole office a glowing review.
