Looking to switch to Dr. Blom. Called the main number, woman who answered transferred my call to "nowhere"! Apparently she sent it to his office, no picked up and no call back. Called again, spoke to another woman, she tried transferring and they still didn't pick up. Might be a good doctor, but lousy office management and I don't have time to play these games! Obviously, the ENTIRE Office goes to lunch at once! SO, I'm done with this practice and will find another more receptive Dr's office!!! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVIC... read more
Dr Blom is a very good hematologist/oncologist. He saved my life while having a hysterectomy; identified I had a platelet aggregation disorder. He is professional, caring, thorough and responds well to all your concerns, even using the portal.
