Have been a patient for about 20 years and was always pleased with treatment. He has now retired and the practice has closed.
I unfortunately needed pretty extensive work (confirmed with a second opinion) and although I didn't enjoy it, Dr Partridge and the staff were very patient, explained things clearly, and were sincerely attentive to my level of comfort at all times. The treatment was successful and I've been in good shape since. As a very nervous dental patient, I recommend this office.
I do not agree with the previous posts. I had the most wonderful experience at Dr. Partridge's office. The office staff was lovely and professional. My consultation was very informative and concise. Dr. Partridge explained everything so that I understood my treatment options and his staff was very thorough with the treatment plan, fees and insurance. I would recommend anyone of my family or friends to Dr. Thomas Partridge. This is a very competent office!
Don't go there, it's a really bad practice and seems to be ran by staff that don't know how to do their job. The staff is very rude and argumentative and not willing to help they just hang the phone up on your....how rudel. Went their for treatment on feb 3rd and as of march 31st have heard nothing from the staff of why the delay of my pre authorization for treatment........
