Prime Roofing Experts were absolutely amazing from start to finish. James, our project manager answered every question that we had and he never once left us waiting for an answer or a call back. We were treated like family from day one. His crew was also exceptional. The quality of the work they did is exceptional and the price was more than fair. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. Our siding and gutters look amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any of the services they offer.
I had some chimney work completed this summer and the flashing was not put on correctly. It caused a leak which brought me to google to find a roofer. I called Prime Roofing Experts they quoted me right away and didn't pressure me into using them. In the end I used Prime Roofing Experts and the guy showed up, hopped on the roof, fixed the flashing, and left. I didn't have to waste any of my time and I have to say I wont have to google a roofing company any more now that I know about Prime Roofing Experts.
I just had some work done on my roof,by Prime Roofing Experts,I was very pleased in the quality of work and the timely manner in which they got the job done,and the clean up after the job was amazing,these days some people don't care about customer service,for that I was very impressed. I could go on and on about the service. I totally would recommend them to others.
I gave this company 60% of the repair job. they did 40% of the work and quit the job because I wouldn't give them any more money. Now I have 40% of the work done and no materials to complete the job. Also, after doing some digging, this company is not a brick and mortar company and they are not licensed as the person claimed. It is a mailing address. They pulled a permit under someone else. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
