Zero if i could!! I came to him in 23, I had to change GI dr due to move, wanted one closer. I was diagnosed with IBD in 2022 put on Humara and Lliabla (might be misspelling). I started to have an injection area reaction and he had me stop. I felt way better but still some cramping. However still wanted meds to keep me in remission. He did a colonoscopy saw nothing. Saw a PN and really liked her but I was concerned about something she said they would automatically do during the endoscopy. So I decided I'd like to speak with the doctor before scheduling the procedure and made an appointment. Had to waits months to get into him and then it was changed a couple of times. Last time they moved it without asking me if the new date was okay so I told the receptionist I was giving up - thank goodness I got the symptoms under control with diet change and it was not emergent. I am diagnosed of c-diff. I’ve been dealing with this place since April. Many things they tell me to do. Lynda Mansfield the practitioner set me up to do an antibiotic on a timely bases and they said I would receive the vowst. Yet to receive They do not return calls unless you blow up the phone. I’m 73. My life is important to me and my family. They don’t seem to care. I would give them no stars if I could
5 star doctor and staff! The staff were so well organized, on schedule and very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Matthew took the time to explain everything in detail.
